Reverse Cabinets and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Reverse aims to comply with all regulations regarding the processing of data of its relationships and preventing misuse of this data.

What data does Reverse have?

Reverse can have the data that is exchanged during the quotation and order process:

Name, address, and residence, telephone number, and email address of all relations
Copies of all emails including attachments concerning quotes, orders, and invoices
The Reverse website does not use cookies and therefore does not collect data from relations.

Why is this data stored?

Reverse stores this data in order to be able to make quotations, execute orders, and to be able to contact previous customers and prospects at a later stage. Data from relations is not shared with other entities in any respect.

Where is this data stored?

All data and calculations are stored in the quotation and order system.
A copy of this is stored as a backup in the cloud and on a local NAS server
All emails are stored in the mail client and the mail server

Who has access to the data?

The owner of Reverse, Wim Mathu, is the only person who has access to the quotation and order system and the mail client.
Website and mail server management are outsourced to a professional organization.
As system administrators, they have access to all web-based systems.

How is the data secured?

Access to all data and mail is password protected
